Yesterday I got rid of everything that is not required for the car to run from the intake (TC, and some other mess :P). And by the way i refreshed the intake manifold by painting it ;) Don't bother ...

Hi, Sando. Yes, you understand well. The lights seems to be OK, but when I tried to fixed it I found out the plastic hitches are little bit different from the original ones. I hope it will be OK, but it will be more laborious then I expected. :-(
Maybe You shoul try to swap interiors of these ...

That was a good one :D Gear box ........ STOCK Daewoo F16 from Nexia :P :P :P It works real fine with this engine ;) Except for 1st gear - it is a bit too short ( as You can see on the video ).It's hard to start fast without losing grip. But I'm working ...

Brakes of course from Kadett GSi ( 256 mm ). That's enough... for now
Don't worry, everything what shoul be is already changed for sth better ( suspension, brakes )

Hi ;-) As far as I understand Your language, there is a small misunderstanding ;) Probably You meant suspension, not chassis ;)
Suspension is not stock ( Front - B4 + H&R - 40mm ; back - B4 + GSi sprongs ). The Engine is not so heavy :) I've checked the overall weight yesterday. With 2.0 8v - 1050 ...

A few things are different :-)
My engine doesn't have 174 HP 8)
It has more than 200 ;) Why?
1. 3.0 Inlet cams
2. Custom exhaust
3. 3.0 intake
4. Bigger injectors ( stock manage only to +/- 200hp )
5. Bigger fuel distributor ( 4 bar, stock also mnages only until 200hp +/- )
